GARY N. MOSS is a founding partner of Moss & Kalish, PLLC.
Gary is a 1975 graduate of Brooklyn Law School where he served as an editor of the law review and authored several articles. Gary has broad experience as a general litigator in the areas of corporate, commercial, and real estate disputes. In this area, he has served as defense counsel for a nationally recognized title insurance company.
In addition, Gary works extensively in the area of estate planning, focusing on designing strategies to minimize estate taxes.
In 2002, Gary received a certificate of appreciation from the Association of the Bar of the City of New York for his assistance to families of individuals who perished in the September 11, 2001 attacks on the World Trade Center. Gary has served as a governor on the Board of Governors of the Lords Valley Country Club, located in Lord's Valley, Pennsylvania, and has chaired the Board's legal committee.
