JAMES SCHWARTZMAN joined the firm as an associate in 1999.
He graduated from St. John's University School of Law, where he was a member of the St. John's Law Review, a Faculty Research Assistant, and the recipient of a St. Thomas Moore Scholarship.
James has over twenty years of commercial litigation experience in Federal and New York State courts, including trials, arbitrations, mediations, appeals, motion practice, and discovery. James has provided services on behalf of a wide variety of clients, including, among others, manufacturers, hotels, supermarkets, restaurant franchisees, real estate investors, shareholders, and title insurance companies.
James also has experience in defending against employment discrimination claims and civil rights claims.
